Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle

Amazon is offering its Prime members the chance to buy preview tickets to Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle 12 days before the tentpole’s official release.

The preview screening will take place on December 8 and starting on Wednesday (November 29) Prime members can buy up to 10 tickets sold exclusively through Atom Tickets and IMDB, powered by Atom.

Preview screenings take place at more than 1,000 Regal, AMC, ArcLight Cinemas, and National Amusements theatre venues across the US.

The adventure sequel to the 1995 original starring the late Robin Williams stars Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black and Karen Gillan and centres on four friends who find an old video game that transports them into the jungle in the bodies of their avatar characters.

Jake Kasdan directed from a screenplay by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, and Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner. McKenna wrote the story based on the book Jumanji by Chris Van Allsburg. Matt Tolmach and William Teitler served as producers.

“We can’t wait to welcome Prime members to the jungle before anyone else,” Johnson said. “The game has changed, drawing four players into Jumanji – and now, we’re changing the game again by giving Prime members this exclusive access.”

Sony will distribute Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle in the US on December 20.
