Arclight Films has boarded as worldwide sales agent on the thriller Let It Snow starring Ivanna Sakhno (The Spy Who Dumped Me, Pacific Rim: Uprising), Alex Hafner (Submergence, The Councellor), and Tinatin Dalakishvili (Abigail).
Chairman and CEO Gary Hamilton and his team will launch sales at AFM next week and has set debut market screenings for the feature directorial debut by Stanislav Kapralov from a screenplay he wrote with Omri Rose.
Let It Snow follows Mia, a free-spirited snowboarder who gets separated from her fiancé after sneaking onto a restricted slope and must not only survive against nature, but a masked snowmobile rider in black out for blood.
Solar Media’s Serge Lavrenyuk is producing, and executive producers are Yan Fisher and Roger Corbi of FishCorb Film, who produced Papillon starring Charlie Hunnam and Rami Malek.
“Stanislav has created a standout thriller that is beautifully shot, with superb performances, and edge-of-your-seat suspense that will captivate audiences,” said Hamilton. “We look forward to representing this film and having it on offer to buyers at the market.”
Arclight’s market slate includes the true-life prison break story Escape From Pretoria starring Daniel Radcliffe and Daniel Webber; sci-fi thriller Possessor starring Andrea Riseborough, Christopher Abbott, Sean Bean, Jennifer Jason Leigh, directed by Brandon Cronenberg; and action thriller Long Gone Heroes with Ben Kingsley, Guy Pearce, and Maggie Q.
