Arclight Films has closed a North American distribution deal for the thriller Let It Snow with Grindstone Entertainment Group.
The film will be released on demand on September 22 and centres on Mia, a snowboarder who is separated from her fiancé after sneaking onto a restricted slope and must survive nature and a masked snowmobile rider out for blood
Ivanna Sakhno (The Spy Who Dumped Me, Pacific Rim: Uprising) stars alongside Alex Hafner (Submergence, The Councellor), and Tinatin Dalakishvili (Abigail).
Stanislav Kapralov makes his feature directorial debut and wrote the screenplay with Omri Rose.
Solar Media’s Serge Lavrenyuk served as producer, and executive producers are FishCorb Films’ Yan Fisher and Roger Corbi, the producers behind Papillon starring Charlie Hunnam and Rami Malek, and Marianna Novikova.
John Fremes negotiated the deal on behalf of Arclight Films with Stan Wertlieb on behalf of Grindstone Entertainment Group, which recently renewed its longstanding partnership with Lionsgate.
Arclight Films’ current slate of films includes horror-thriller Bloody Hell; cult thriller The Color Rose by Courtney Paige; The King’s Daughter starring Pierce Brosnan and Kaya Scodelario and narrated by Julie Andrews; comedy Butter; and female-driven action film Tomiris which will be released in the U.S. by Well Go USA.
