The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (Bafta) have announced the dates for its upcoming film awards.
The British Academy Film Awards will take place in London on Sunday 10 February 2019.
The British Academy Britannia Awards will take place at the Beverly Hilton, Los Angeles on Friday 26 October 2018.
The Britannia Awards are Bafta LA’s highest accolades given to British and international talent for their contribution in entertainment and connection to the British industry.
Last year’s winners were Claire Foy for British Artist of the Year, Dick Van Dyke, for excellence in television, and Ava DuVernay, who received the John Schlesinger award for excellence in directing.
At this year’s Bafta film awards Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri was the big winner, taking home five awards including best film. The ceremony took place on Feb 18 at the Royal Albert Hall and was hosted by Joanna Lumley.
