EXCLUSIVE: In the run-up to AFM Bleiberg Entertainment has acquired international rights to the drama starring Jerry Ferrara from Entourage and Gossip Girl’s Jessica Szohr.

The Orchard recently acquired North American rights and plans a spring 2015 release after Bleiberg stages the market premiere screenings in Santa Monica next month.

Radar Pictures, the company behind Spring Breakers, served as executive producer on the project about a young promoter on the Manhattan club scene.

Former club promoter Danny A Abeckaser co-wrote the screenplay with Ryan O’Nan and Ryan Vallen and also stars and produces alongside Per Melita.

Celebrated DJs David Guetta, Tiësto and Afrojack contribute to the soundtrack.

Bleiberg’s AFM slate includes the market premiere screening of Jack Huston-Brit Marling romance Posthumous; Franck Khalfoun’s tech thriller i-Lived; and fantasy-horror anthology Fear Paris from Insidious producer Steven Schneider.
