Jinga Films’ werewolf western has also been picked up for distribution in the US, Middle East and Portugal.

Studiocanal has picked up Jeremy Wooding’s werewolf western Blood Moon from genre specialist Jinga Films. It will distribute in the UK and Ireland.

Shaun Dooley, George Blagden, Corey Johnson, Raffaello Degruttola and Anna Skellern star in the film about an enigmatic gunslinger who comes to the rescue of a stagecoach full of passengers held hostage by bank robbers.

Blood Moon has also been acquired by Uncork’d Entertainment for the US, Italia for the Middle East and Cinema Novo for Portugal.
