Casting directors from Matilda The Musical, The Banshees Of Inisherin and The Fabelmans were among winners of the 38th Annual Artios Awards, presented by the Casting Society (CSA) at ceremonies in Los Angeles, New York and London on Thursday (March 9).
Matilda’s Lucy Bevan and Emily Brockmann won in the big budget comedy category and The Fabelmans’ Cindy Tolan and Nicholas Petrovich for big budget drama. Louise Kiely won in the studio or independent drama category for her work on Banshees.
Special award recipients included the late German casting director Simone Bar, posthumously awarded the European Capelier-Shaw Award for Excellence in Casting, and UK talent agency United Agents, which received the Creative Collaboration Award from the European Board of Governors.
