EXCLUSIVE: Noel Clarke-produced comedy-drama Legacy to shoot later this summer.
Marc Small and Davie Fairbanks will make their directorial debuts on comedy-drama Legacy, which is being produced by their Storage 24 and The Knot collaborator Noel Clarke and actor-producer Jason Maza.
The Unstoppable Entertainment and Think Big Productions feature, also written by Small and Fairbanks, will tell the story of a group of friends who get more than they bargained for after deciding to throw the party of a lifetime.
Currently casting, the feature is due to shoot in mid-August. UPIE are on board to distribute in the UK and the production has struck a brand-partnership deal with mobile phone company Alcatel.
The project marks the latest collaboration between the writing-directing duo and multi-hyphenate Clarke and Maza, after the quartet all worked on 2012 comedy The Knot.
Star Trek Into Darkness and Kidulthood star Clarke is currently producing, directing and starring in sci-fi The Anomaly.
Maza most recently produced The Hooligan Factory.
