Norwegian distributor Fidalgo has picked up several titles from Cannes.

They are:

  • The Great Beauty (La grande bellezza), directed by Paolo Sorrentino, from Competition;

  • La jaula de oro, directed by Diego Quemada-Diez, from Un Certain Regard;

  • Jackie, directed by Antoinette Beumer, and starring Holly Hunter.

Just before Cannes, Fidalgo acquired Oh Boy!, directed by Jan Ole Gerstner, which won multiple prizes at the recent German Film Awards.
