Feature documentary about the colourful rock band [pictured] comes from award-winning film-makers William Tyler Smith and Kurt Feldhun

A Kickstarter campaign has been launched for feature documentary The Incredible Flamin’ Groovies.

From award-winning film-makers William Tyler Smith and Kurt Feldhun, the documentary follows the colourful rock band Flamin’ Groovies on their comeback tour, 30 years after their break-up in the early 1980s.

Smith and Feldhun have already shot some concert footage, interviews and recording studio footage.

The campaign, which aims to raide $69,500, will be used to complete production and a rough cut.
