Focus Features has set an exclusive July 16 US theatrical release for its Tribeca Festival documentary selection Roadrunner: A Film About Anthony Bourdain.
Morgan Neville (20 Feet From Stardom, Won’t You Be My Neighbor?) directed the film, which explores the life of the late raconteur, traveller, author, and chef Bourdain, who died in 2018.
The film will receive its world premiere at Tribeca Festival’s outdoor event in New York on June 11.
Following the theatrical release, Roadrunner: A Film About Anthony Bourdain will premiere on television on CNN and stream via HBO Max.
CNN Films and HBO Max serves as executive producers, and Neville and Caitrin Rogers produced via Neville’s Tremolo Productions.
