AFI Fest hierarchy has announced the six red carpet premieres for the November 2-6 festival and the list includes the US premiere of Pinocchio from Guillermo Del Toro and Mark Gustafson.
Joining the stop-motion animation are Maria Schrader’s #MeToo drama She Said, Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu’s Bardo, Florian Zeller’s The Son, Oliver Hermanus’s Living, and documentary Is That Black Enough For You!? from Elvis Mitchell.
All films will screen at TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.
As previously announced the festival will open with the world premiere of Alek Keshishian’s Apple Original Film’s Selena Gomez: My Mind And Me, which will debut on the platform on November 4.
The US premiere of Steven Spielberg’s TIFF People’s Choice Award winner The Fabelmans at Universal Pictures will close the festival.
