The 19th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday [27] sent Lawrence of Silver Linings Playbook and Day-Lewis of Lincoln home with lead acting honours.

Tommy Lee Jones of Lincoln scooped the best supporting actor award while Anne Hathaway of Les Misérables took best supporting actress honours.

Argo completed a fine weekend following the best picture win at Saturday’s PGA awards with the best cast in a motion picture prize.

Skyfall earned the stunt ensemble award. Dick Van Dyke collected the Lifetime Achievement Award.
