Supernatural thriller starring Kate Bosworth and Thomas Jane retains release date.

Relativity Studios has announced that Somnia will now be titled Before I Wake.

Mike Flanagan’s supernatural thriller will still be released in the US on May 8. Flanagan wrote the script with Jeff Howard, with the film centring on an orphaned child whose dreams and nightmares manifest physically as he sleeps.

Before I Wake stars Kate Bosworth, Thomas Jane, Annabeth Gish, Dash Mihok and Jacob Tremblay.

It was produced by Trevor Macy, Sam Englebardt and William D. Johnson.
