Toronto-based Raven Banner has acquired worldwide rights to Doghouse Pictures Beautiful People and is talking up the project at AFM.
The story centres on home invaders who unwittingly unleash a scientist’s secret project.
Michael Paszt and James Fler of Raven Banner brokered the deal with Marco Palese from Doghouse Pictures.

The romantic comedy starring Douglas Booth and Alison Pill has also sold in the Middle East and Australia-New Zealand.
Festival’s speaker line-up also includes stars from Egyptian, Turkish and Indian cinema.
Festival seeks to revitalise its Potsdamer Platz home which has lost around 150,000 screening seats in recent years.
The feature is set for release in April next year.
