UK-based production and distribution outfit Signature Entertainment has acquired UK and Irish rights for horror Little Bone Lodge, directed by Matthias Hoene and starring Joely Richardson.
Signature picked up the film from UK sales outfit SC Films International, for a spring release.
It follows two criminal brothers on the run, who seek refuge in a desolate farmhouse. They take the whole family captive, only to find the house holds dark secrets of its own.
Richardson plays the formidable family matriarch, with Sadie Soverall, Neil Linpow and Harry Cadby rounding out the cast.
It is produced through genre specialists Tea Shop Productions from the UK and Particular Crowd from the US producing, with SC Films providing financing.
Hoene’s previous credits include cult horror Cockneys Vs Zombies, another SC Films and Tea Shop Films partnership.
