UK genre specialist Jinga Films has sold Bruce McDonald’s psychological horror Hellions to StudioCanal for UK and Ireland.

Chloe Rose (Degrassi: The Next Generation) stars as a pregnant teenager who must survive a Halloween night from hell when malevolent trick-or-treaters come knocking at her door determined to claim her unborn child. With the help of local Sheriff (Robert Patrick), she must protect herself and her baby from their predatory quest.

Hellions received its world premiere at Sundance Film Festival where it was acquired for distribution in North America by IFC.
