EXCLUSIVE: CEO Brian O’Shea has launched a television division in the run-up to MIPCOM.

Senior vice-president of worldwide distribution Nat McCormick will introduce buyers to the biography series of 22-minute episodes financed and produced by US-based Reboot Entertainment.

Each episode will include rare interview clips, exclusive red carpet footage and behind-the-scenes tidbits on the likes of Matthew McConaughey, Angelina Jolie, Robert Downey Jr (pictured), Russell Crowe, Halle Berry, Scarlett Johansson and Gwyneth Paltrow, among others.

The Exchange said Celebrated uses previously unseen footage, social media-driven tags and pop-up infographics to create an interactive experience for fans of celebrities.

“The television marketplace is constantly evolving, creating opportunities for The Exchange to develop exciting projects,” said O’Shea.

“Audiences love their celebrities whether on the small or big screen. Celebrated will bring them as they have never seen before.”

Walter Procek produced the series and Jeff Bowler served as executive producer.
