Netflix joins a range of other content services, including YouTube and BBC News, on the digital portal.

The Sony Entertainment Network has added Netflix UK to its services.

Sony’s digital portal can be accessed through Internet-connected BRAVIA TVs, Sony Blu-Ray players, Network Media players, and PlayStation3 devices sold in the UK and Ireland.

“Adding Netflix to the Sony Entertainment Network, gives consumers an even broader choice of devices to instantly watch unlimited TV programmes and films streamed over the Internet,” said Greg Peters, vice president of product development at Netflix. “We’re always looking to provide people with new ways to enjoy Netflix.” 

The Network’s other content services include YouTube, BBC News, Music Unlimited and Video Unlimited.
