Content aggregation company Gravitas Ventures has announced a deal with Indian film studio UTV Motion Pictures that will make the latest UTV features available via video-on-demand in the US.

Two UTV titles, Dev D (pictured) and Kaminey, have already been made available nationwide. Due for VOD launch in early August is political thriller Raajneeti, which is set for theatrical release on 125 North American screens next week. And coming to VOD in the autumn is satire Peepli Live, which screened at Sundance in January and opens theatrically in India on August 13. The North American VOD launch will come six weeks after the Indian theatrical opening.

In the fourth quarter of 2010, Gravitas will release the UTV-produced English language film ExTerminators starring Heather Graham (The Hangover) and Amber Heard (Zombieland).
