Norwegian sales outfit BV International has made a number of pre-sales at the Cannes market making it their best ever according to head Bjorg Veland.
Director Simon Marshall's quirky thriller Mister Silvester has been sold to Italy, Greece and Turkey to Minerva Pictures and Benelux and Scandinavia to FEG.
Gary Sinyor's comedy In Your Dreams went to Falcon Media for German speaking territories, Take Off in France and Myndform for Scandinavia.
Both films are planning a late summer shoot, where another of BV's films the animated The Adventures Of Santa, which aims for a Christmas 2004 release.
The outfit is looking at their strongest Toronto market ever, with at least two new films, Tony Vitale's One Last Ride starring Patrick Cupo and Chazz Palminteri and produced by Ang Lee, and Carl Bessai's Emile starring Ian McKellan, which was picked up by Gil Productions for Israel.
The rasta-romantic comedy One Love is also pending several sales, says Veland.
