Odeon & UCI Cinemas Group has signed Arts Alliance Media (AAM) to be its Network Operations Centre Services and VPF Software supplier across Germany, Austria and Italy.
AAM will provide a telephone helpdesk, remote monitoring and remote intervention, log collection and reporting services as well as providing UCI head offices in each of the territories the proprietary Auditor software.
The deal covers 65 sites and 661 screens across the three countries and follows on from the deal announced last year for AAM to
provide Odeon UCI with its Theatre Management System and Library Management Server in all sites. The deployment of TMS and LMS was completed last month.
AAM will be providing the Italian-speaking helpdesk from its NOC in London. For Germany and Austria, AAM is partnering with CineProject, which will be providing the telephone helpdesk and remote intervention services from its base in Germany.
