Paramount Home Entertainment (PHE) UK has promoted Richard Brooker to the position of sales director, responsible for rental and retail sales. Brooker was formerly rental sales director for the company

PHE, previously CIC Video, was formed at the beginning of this year after Paramount's partner in CIC - Universal Pictures - set up it's own video distribution operation, Universal Pictures Video. PHE has also appointed David Bealing to the position of marketing director. Bealing was formerly retail sales director for CIC and PHE.

Meanwhile PHE has promoted Clare Bailey to the position of head of retail sales and Karl Wainwright to rental sector manager. Both will work closely with Brooker.
