Power To The Pixel and ScreenDaily.com hosted a live webcast of the Cross-Media Forum.
The Forum runs in association with the BFI London Film Festival. PTTP’s conference kicked off the three-day Forum.
Keynote speakers included Michel Reilhac, executive director of ARTE France Cinéma; Mike Monello, co-creator of The Blair Witch Project and co-founder of New York-based agency Campfire; and filmmaker and Richard Linklater collaborator Tommy Pallotta.
Other speakers at the fourth edition of the conference were transmedia guru Lance Weiler, advertising executive Jean-Paul Edwards, and Paramount Digital Entertainment’s Keith Quinn.
The webcast was hosted exclusively at PTTP’s site and on ScreenDaily.com on Tuesday.
The conference is followed by the two-day cross-media summit and market The Pixel Market. Arts Alliance’s Thomas Hoegh will deliver the Market’s opening keynote.
Liz Rosenthal, founder and MD of PTTP said: “Power to the Pixel has always been a place where cutting-edge ideas can be discussed in a unique collaborative environment. This year’s world-class speakers will once again show how filmmakers, storytellers and producers are finding new means to engage audiences and build on the potential represented by digital technologies.”
