Prime Entertainment Group has announced that it signed several package deals for its HD series during last week’s MIPCOM in Cannes, totalling more than 300 hours of programming.
With a focus on broadcasters from countries with fast growing TV markets, Prime sold a 270 episodes package from Hollywood On Set, Stars! and Zoom In to Digiturk (Turkey), a 156 episode package from Hollywood’s Best Film Directors, Close Up and Hollywood On Set to Silverbird Communication Group (Nigeria), 65 episodes of Stars! to 24 TV (Ukraine) and a package of 130 episodes from Hollywood’s Best Film Directors and Close Up to Prime Media (Kazakhstan).
Also at MIPCOM, Prime’s newly launched entertainment show Hollywood News Feed sold to Sony Asia and received strong interest from networks across Europe, including AXN Germany and Hola TV (Latin America).
