Khaled Laith, Razane Jammal to head up cast of Djinn

The Devil’s Double actor Khaled Laith and Carlos actress Razane Jammal will head up the cast of Imagenation’s second local production which is shooting in various locations in Ras Al Kharima and Dubai.

Emirati actors Ahmed Abdullah and Saood Al Kaabi will also appear in the thriller alongside Aiysha Hart Carole Abboud, Paul Luebke, May El Calamawy and Abdullah Al Junaibi.

Directed by Tobe Hooper, whose credits include The Texas Chain Saw Massacre and written by U.S writer David Tully, Djinn centres around a young Emirati couple who return home from the U.S. and discover that their new luxury apartment on the site of an abandoned fishing village is also home to the malevolent beings known as djinn.

Daniela Tully and Tim Smythe are producing along with Jaye Gazeley and Robert Crippen who will co-produce.
