Kristin Booth and Ryan Doucette have joined the cast of Sidney Kimmel Entertainment’s comedy Cloudburst.

Olympia Dukakis and Brenda Fricker were previously confirmed for the project, which is currently filming in Nova Scotia.

Thom Fitzgerald wrote, directs and is producing alongside Doug Pettigrew. William Jarblum serves as executive producer.

The character-driven comedy two women who have lived as lovers for the past 30 years and escape from the nursing facility where one of them has been committed against both of their wishes.

Booth and Fitzgerald are both represented by Vicki McCarty of Covington International.
