The actor has joined the cast of Toronto-based Whizbang Films and Storyteller Pictures’ thriller, currently shooting almost entirely in digital infrared.

Hellions centres on a tough police officer who comes to the aid of a teenager at the mercy of malevolent pranksters on Halloween night.

Chloe Rose plays the lead and the cast includes Rossif Sutherland, Luke Bilyk and Rachel Wilson. Bruce McDonald directs from a screenplay by Pascal Trottier.

Frank Siracusa of Whizbang Films and Paul Lenart of Storyteller Pictures produce with support from Telefilm Canada in association with Bell Media’s The Movie Network and Corus Entertainment’s Movie Central.
