The boutique visual effects company is relocating into a new facility at the Bergamot Station arts compound that doubles its footprint.
Shade VFX top brass also announced on Monday [6] they had hired veteran visual effects producer Lisa Maher as a business development executive.
Maher most recently served in the same capacity at Fuel VFX and Dr. D Studios and reports to founder, owner and VFX supervisor Bryan Godwin and executive producer David Van Dyke.”
The new state-of-the-art facility will allow Shade VFX to accommodate green screen shots and new technology. Shade is currently working on The Wolverine and Behind The Candelabra, Steven Soderbergh’s lastest film that landed a competition berth in Cannes.
