Production has commence in Vancouver Island, British Columbia, on the film starring Dree Hemingway.

Nadia Litz directs from her screenplay that won the  Audience Prize at Toronto 2013’s inaugural Screenwriting Lab.

The story follows an actress as she travels to a remote Japanese forest to break up with her rock star boyfriend.

Daniel Bekerman of Scythia Films produces with Coral Aiken of Aiken Heart Films and Jonathan Bronfman of JoBro Production.

Additional cast will be announced in the coming days.

The film is financed in participation with Telefilm Canada and the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund.
