Mysskin will write and direct UTV’s first Tamil film with actors Jiiva and Narain starring in the lead roles.

Mumbai based UTV Motion Pictures is to produce its first Tamil film, Mugamoodi, about superheros.

The film about a love struck young man who unleashes the superhero within is being written and directed by Tamil director Mysskin and will star actors Jiiva (Ko) and Narain (Anjathey).

Mugamoodi will be the first Tamil feature to focus extensively on martial arts.

Casting is now underway for the film’s heroine, with principal photography set for September 2011 and a scheduled 2012 release.
