TheSandler-Barrymore comedy was the only new release to make an impact. The rest,including Sylvia and the third Spy Kids instalment failed tothrill audiences.

MeanwhileSecret Window and Taking Lives made strong comebacks atthe box office in their ninth and sixth week of release respectively.

Notshowing real strength, local production DamenTango is likely to exit the box office list just three weeks after itsrelease.
