In one of the few territories not yet hit by the Passion-fever, Clint Eastwood's Mystic River is performing strongly, pulling together nearly 1,500 admissions over the weekend from a single print.

InterComFilm's new release, Peter Pan proved something of a disappointment and so did New Film's How To Deal and Ro-Image 2000's Cat In The Hat. The latter failed to reach the 1,000 admissions mark over the weekend on three prints and its chances of climbing up higher on the box office list will clearly diminish when the Scooby Doo monsters are unleashed this week at Romanian cinemas.
