Giuseppe Tornatore will preside over the international jury at the 2010 Rome Film Festival, which is due to run October 28 – November 5.
The move was announced by festival president Gian Luigi Rondi and artistic director Piera Detassis.
Rondi described the director as one of Italian cinema’s outstanding firgures and said he had made an outstanding contribution to “consolidating and expanding the frontiers of cinematic arts” over this twenty year career.
