The International Film Festival Rotterdam is planning a special youth initiative in its 40th anniversary ‘XL’ edition.

The Not Kidding location, on Rotterdam’s Kruiskade, will be welcoming to kids of all ages. The site will also provide daycare at specific hours.

IFFR programmer Edwin Carels [pictured] is curating the Not Kidding programme.

Offerings include a pillow fight party, animation workshops, digital smart boards, shooting a slapstick comedy short, musical performances and pie-throwing.

The initiative is in collaboration with YourSpace/Zadkine.
