Writer-director MichaelMcGowan's Saint Ralph won thefeature film prize at the ninth annual Canadian Screenwriting Awards. The award was presented Monday night in Toronto. Thebittersweet coming-of-age story recently won the Grand Arc Award at the FestivalParis Ile-de-France.
