Acting CEO promoted to CEO, Mackey was previously director of strategy at BBC Studios and Post Production.

Sarah Mackey has been appointed CEO of UK Screen Association, taking over from Gaynor Davenport with effect from July 1.

Mackey had been acting CEO and was previously director of strategy at BBC Studios and Post Production.

Steve Norris, chairman of UK Screen said: “In making this appointment, the entire board was genuinely delighted to be able to secure someone of Sarah’s experience and ability to work on behalf of the whole sector. We all look forward to taking on the challenges of the coming year with her at the helm.”

UK Screen Association represents companies providing production services to film, television and commercial production.
