‘Miss Moxy’

Munich-based sales outfit Studio 100 Film HAS unveiled first look images from animated adventure comedy movie Miss Moxy, ahead of the launch of sales at this year’s American Film Market (AFM, October 31-November 5)

The 85–minute feature film from the Netherlands’ Phanta Animation follows Miss Moxy, a domesticated cat who gets lost during a summer holiday in Southern France. She sets off on an exciting odyssey to find her way back home across Europe, getting unusual support from a stupid dog and an old bird. The movie is based on a true story in which a tabby cat called Boo found its way back home after 13 years.

It is directed by Vincent Bal (The Zigzag Kid) and Wip Vernooij, and adapted and written for the screen by Maureen Versprille
