Year-old Kaleidoscope signs deal with Showbox Media Group, it starts on March 1.
Showbox Media Group will handle all campaign and new release retails sales for Kaleidoscope Home Entertainment from March 1.
The new partnership will start with two Australian titles - Wolf Creek-inspired vengeance horror The Horseman and creepy urban thriller, Storage. The company has slate of 30 titles for 2010.
Spencer Pollard, chief executive of Kaleidoscope, said: We share many synergies with Showbox and believe they will offer us an excellent sales service that can help us achieve and exceed our commercial goals in the medium term.”
Showbox already has exclusive distribution deals for Weinstein’s Dragon Dynasty lable and Power Televison’s home entertainment brand.
Kaleidoscope released more than 20 titles over its first year of business, including drama Little Ashes, starring Robert Pattinson and micro-budget horror title, Colin.
