Mary-Louise Parker will receive the Sonoma Spotlight Award at the festival’s 16th edition in California’s Wine Country, set to run from Apr 10-14.
Festival top brass announced the line-up on Friday [22]. As previously announced Demián Bichir will also collect the Sonoma Spotlight Award, while The Iceman [pictured] and the North American premiere of A Monkey On My Shoulder will bookend the event.
All in all the festival will present more than 100 films including You Will Be My Son (Tu Seras Mon Fils), A Brass Teapot, A Teacher and documentaries We’re Not Broke and Terms And Conditions May Apply.
“This year’s programme marks a great achievement for the festival,” said executive director Kevin W McNeely. “Our sensational selection of films will challenge and inspire our audiences.”
McNeely noted the wide range of sections covering music and arts, the environment, LGBT, sports and action and food and wine.
