London based sales company Protagonist Pictures has closed a deal for France on Alexis Dos Santos' Unmade Beds with Rezo and for Benelux with Cineart.
RTVE Mediterranean Food
TVE has sold Joaquin Oristrell's Spanish comedy Mediterranean Food to Zootrope Films in France, Epelpol in Poland, Swallow Wings in Taiwan and Primer Plano in South America. The film, playing here in Culinary Cinema, is the story of a female chef and the two men who help her become a legend.
IFC How To Be
IFC has picked up domestic rights to Oliver Irving's debut feature How To Be starring Robert Pattinson and Rebecca Pidgeon. The deal was closed by The Little Film Company. The film, about a young man having an existential crisis, has also gone to Just Us Films for Italy.

TrustNordisk has closed a Korean deal on Lars Von Trier's Antichrist with Wild Bunch Benelux and Mars Entertainment in Korea as well as selling Little Soldier to Greece (Seven Group) and Max Manus, Mammoth and Quest For a Heart to Bulgaria (Pro Film Ltd).
Wide Soundless Wind Chime
French sales outfit Wide Management has added yet another title to its slate. The new pick-up is Kit Hung's Forum title, Soundless Wind Chime, a Swiss-Chinese coproduction made through Hong Kong-based Keep In Touch Company in partnership with Das Kollektiv fur audiovisuelle Werke GmbH, 10mm Films. Wide has all international rights excluding Asia which is being handled by Golden Scene Company Limited.
T & C Pictures Black Dynamite
David Jourdan's T & C Pictures has sold the blaxploitation picture and Sundance hit Black Dynamite to Wild Bunch for the Benelux and Front Row for the Middle East. Deals are close in the UK, Australia and Scandinavia. Stacy Peralta's gang documentary Crips And Bloods: Made In America went to Tiberius in Germany.
Shoreline Entertainment The Queen And I
Shoreline Entertainment has sold French rights to Pretty Pictures to Nahid Persson's documentary The Queen And I. The picture recounts the reconciliation between Iranian exile Persson and the widow of the Shah of Iran years after the revolution. Brian Sweet negotiated the deal with James Velaise.

French sales outfit has reported roaring trade on its EFM titles. Buyers
have been flocking to North (Panorama opener). The film has now gone toGermany (Alamode), Greece (Rosebud), France (Bodega), Italy (Sacher), Benelux (Amstelfilm/cnc), Switzerland (Xenix).
Katalin Varga (in competition) has been sold to France (MFD),
Greece(Rosebud), ex Yugoslavia (megacom), Romania (Transylvania). The film will premiere in competition on Wednesday.

TrustNordisk has announced EFM deals closed thus far:
Storm has gone to Greece (Seven Group) France (EuropaCorp) and Middle East (Phars Film). Max Manus has gone to China (New View TV and Media).
Love At First Hiccup has gone to Middle East (Phars Film); Metropia has gone to Middle East (Phars Film); and Cold Prey 2 has also gone to Phars.
Upcoming kids' movie Kenny Begins has gone to Russia (Film Depot.)
