Cinedeck will showcase the new Cinedeck MX multi-channel recorder at IBC in September in its first European appearance. The New York based company will also show the latest versions of its Cinedeck RX Broadcast and RX Cine/444 and the Cinedeck EX.
The Cinedeck MX digital recorder is a rack-mountable, multi-channel, solid state recording, monitoring and playback system with eight removable SSD drives. The system’s file-based workflow natively records into a wide variety of video codecs with capture resolutions that include HD-1080i, 1080p, 1080PsF, 720p, HD-2K, 4K and SD-PAL/NTSC, and 480. It can also be configured to record stereoscopic/3D footage in any of its supported codecs.
The latest versions of Cinedeck’s RX configurations will also show at IBC. The Cinedeck RX broadcast features codec support to meet the needs of broadcast, mobile OB and multi-camera shoots, while the Cinedeck RX Cine/444 supports high-res workflows for single camera productions.
The new Cinedeck EX will also show at IBC. The recorder will extend its support to include popular native HD camera formats, and also enable control via a range of third party devices. The new release will also include Cinedeck’s new 3D visualization monitoring tools.
