Digital cinema operations company dcinex has announced it will open dcinex Ukraine LLC.
dcinex SA and Alex Kolesnichenko, who will serve as GM of the new arm, will respectively own 95% and 5% of the new subsidiary.
Initially, the company will offer dcinex Exhibitor range of services.
Kolesnichenko said: “I am very proud to join the dcinex group. I am convinced that their expertise in technical support and the exceptional knowledge gathered during the large-scale d-cinema roll-out across Europe will be highly beneficial to the Ukrainian Cinema operators.”
