Sky Go app adds streaming on demand option for mobiles and tablets

Sky Movies today launched its VOD service on the Sky Go app for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.

The introduction of on demand films is the latest step in the expansion of Sky Go, which offers Sky content across PC, Mac, laptop, iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. Since its launch in summer 2011, the service has drawn in two million unique users.

Ian Lewis, Director of Sky Movies, said: “Sky Movies on demand is a great addition to Sky Go and gives customers complete control over how, when and now where they enjoy the latest movies.”
