Among the official selections, TF1 is handling Directors Fortnight closer Mutum by Sandra Kogut.
The company has also announced three new films.
- Ca$h, directed by Babylon A.D. screenwriter Eric Besnard, stars Jean Reno, Jean Dujardin and Alice Taglioni. Produced by Patrice Ledoux, the film is about a pair of duelling conmen working the French Riviera and will be ready for delivery in Spring 2008.
- Flying Lessons by Italy's Francesca Archibugi is a coming-of-age story about two wealthy Italian kids and their journey of discovery in India.
- Alessandro D'Alatri's Commediasexi is a comedy set in the world of Roman politics. TF1 will screen the latter in a world premiere.
Also getting its world premiere screenings are Payoff 2 and UV.
The former is a sequel to 2003's Payoff, from Gilles Paquet-Brenner and Cyril Sebas and stars Stomy Bugsy, Titoff, Jean Benguigui and Noemie Lenoir.
UV is also from Paquet-Brenner and stars Jacques Dutronc, Marhe Keller, Laura Smet and Pascal Elbe. The sensual drama is a thriller in the vein of Jacques Deray's classic La Piscine.
Films rounding out the line-up include Jean-Paul Salome's Female Agents with Sophie Marceau, Laura Smet and Julie Depardieu about a group of female parachutists in WWII; and romantic comedy Shall We Kiss from Emmanuel Mouret.
Kiss stars the director, Virginie Ledoyen, Stafano Accorsi, and Julie Gayet.
