China 3D Digital Entertainment has sold Hong Kong box office smash 3D Sex And Zen: Extreme Ecstasy to M Pictures for Thailand.

The largest cinema chain in Thailand, M Pictures will be releasing the film in excess of 50 theatres on June 9. The lead cast, producers and director will be travelling to Thailand for the premiere. A sale to a leading Turkish distributor is also imminent with several further high-profile sales to be completed before the end of Cannes.

Previously sold territories include Korea, New Zealand, Austrialia, Peru, Russia, France, Italy, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, India with local box office now in excess of HK$35.5m.
