EXCLUSIVE: Yarek Danielak’s Los Angeles-based distribution and production house has acquired world sales rights to the rom-com starring Scott Eastwood.
MAP Global Holdings financed Walk Of Fame, which also stars Malcolm McDowell, Chris Kattan and Laura Ashley and Danielak will introduce to buyers in Canada this week.
Jesse Thomas directed the story of an unlikely romance set in the world of Hollywood performers under the cosh of a volatile acting coach.
Danielak negotiated the deal with Barry Reiss and WME on behalf of the filmmakers and said: “We are very exited to work with whole Walk Of Fame team. Scott Eastwood’s recent success on The Longest Ride and his upcoming studio blockbusters will only increase the positive response to the film.”
“We were very impressed with Arsenal aggressive approach and plans for the film,” said Reiss. “There was no doubt this is a perfect match for then and hope it will lead to a closer collaboration in the future between Arsenal and MAP.”
Eastwood is set to star in upcoming Oliver Stone release Snowden from Oliver Stone and Warner Bros’ 2016 tentpole Suicide Squad.
