Provenance Films took the trophy in the final against Buffalo Films.
The Film Industry Football Event (FIFE) in the UK raised $52,500 (£36,000) for the UK charity Action for Children this year.
That brings the total raised since the tournament’s founding in 1997 to $656,000 (£450,000) for the charity supporting vulnerable and neglected children.
West Ham’s Upton Park hosted the action, with 34 teams competiting. Soho House sponsored.
Provenance Films took the trophy in the final against Buffalo Films.
Winning captain Adrian Lenagan, said: “We are delighted to be FIFE Champions 2010 and are looking forward to returning and defending our title next year.”
Other teams represented companies including Paramount, Sixteen Films, AV Pictures, Warner Bros, Working Title and Screen International.
Stewart Till, Chief Executive of Icon UK and Chair of the FIFE Board which organises the event said: “Once again it was a fantastic day, with the film industry coming together, competing furiously, enjoying ourselves, and supporting an exceptional charity.”
