Fortitude International will introduce AFM buyers to the action crime drama starring Emile Hirsch and Zoë Kravitz. WME Global represents US rights.
Keith Kjarval’s Unified Pictures developed and is producing the project about two rebels whose love falls apart when their violent pasts catch up with them.
Gary Michael Schultz will direct from his screenplay. Principal photography is scheduled to begin in December in Louisiana.
Kjarval produces through his Unified Pictures in association with Media House Capital. Aaron L Gilbert serves as executive producer.
“Vincent-N-Roxxy is a very personal story for me and, at its core, it is a story about love, family, and the unrelenting presence of violence,” said Schultz. “I am very inspired by the work of Emile and Zoë and cannot wait to tell this story with these remarkable artists.”
“Gary has written a stunning portrait of love and violence, and frankly he has tapped into what America looks and feels like right now while also creating a timelessness,” said Kjarval.
“Adding powerhouses like Emile and Zoë only cements our belief that we are creating a classic.”
