Applications are now being accepted for film registration for the Venice International Film Festival.

Registration is now open online for the 68th Venice International Film Festival of the Biennale di Venezia (31 Aug -10 Sept).

The rules of participation (in Italian and English) are also available.

The official selection is divided into four sections: The International Competition; Out of Competition; Orizzonti and Controcampo Italiano (dedicated to new trends in Italian film).

The festival annnounced its consultants in January.
